11 Days... My Dreams Turn Into a Reality

As I walk out of the airplane, I suddenly feel the violent, yet comforting sun beaming down on my face, the cool afternoon breeze, and the sound of my own heart beating faster than I can count. I quietly look around trying very hard to focus on what is happening around me and what changes that I am seeing in my surroundings, but my mind is somewhere far different. I can only focus on three things.. Love.. The Children.. The Orphanage.


That is me in 11 days. That is how I imagine my first moments in Cambodia. <3


 Soon, my daily life will change into a very different culture and an amazing experience that I will cherish forever. :) First, I need to realize how little time I have with these children and how much I want to offer them. This means one thing. WORK.
But if work, sweat, tears, and blood is what it takes to make these children have a fulfilled life, that is what I'm going to do. Everyday. Every Minute. Every Second. That I'm in Cambodia.
